thanks for the comment :)
i make my walk cycles based on a tutorial i found on youtube.
4 stages = contact, recoil, passing, high point (these are for the legs)

still messing about with the upper body, trying to find a fast way of making the arm and upper body movement for the run cycle.

the biggest problem was the gun he is holding, usually when you run you swing the gun from side to side, but that exposes the 'hidden face' of the gun. so i had to keep the arm singing to a minimum.

will try to find a way around that the next time :)

I assume you are Buddhist too?

I took a Buddhist vow in 1997, so I suppose that makes me Buddhist. It was the combination of psychology and spirituality that interested me. I wasn't much concerned with the label per se. But I was looking for a country to do a pilgrimage at some point and I looked long and hard at Sri Lanka though I still haven't done it. I had a friend in Sri Lanka but she moved to the U.K. where she currently lives and works. We had long interesting discussions about... a lot of things. Buddhism, LTTE, etc.

I've lurked here for a couple years borrowing bits and pieces of everyone's advice. So welcome, and I hope to see more of your work.
