Don't let anyone convince you that rotoscoping is cheating nor that it's doesn't require talent.

I had more success by having a video clip next to the character for reference for animating like you see here in the clip. When I started this scene it was superimposed for rotoscoping. Turns out he looks more like he's having a fit than fighting. :roll:

The final kick I choose the wrong foot for interpolation so it flips on the last kick. Also the hands aren't completely animated since I planned to reanimate this scene from zero.

I'll try it again but so far I like the maneuverability.

Haha, well you didn't pick a very easy action to test this out on! But it's very cool that you can do all that with just positioning bones and selecting switches. Also exciting for me because I'm trying to follow along and make one of these. :D

Edit:
Doh! Just realized that my character rigging method is incompatible with this because I need to use point binding. :( Guess I'll have to wait on trying this.
