This movie is far better than most anime film. Even with the subtitle it may still become a cult film eventually. It's everything that a blockbuster would have in regard to chase, speed, action , guns, sexy girl, and all the other eye candy with a decent plot.

Shufle, was this film entered in any festivals? I think it would do quite well.

It was on some domestic festivals and also i think it was a Spanish one. It won a prise for best animation, third place i think...there was a Chinese one but i don't know what happened with it...
The director of the movie is dealing with that issue. Come to think of it, you reminded me to ask him thoroughly on that subject, i haven't seen him for quite a long time

There was some ideas to make a Hollywood remake out of it. That last time i spoke with the director, he thought there a great chance for that.
Some producer made a fake trailer in order to find some financing for it
. Ofcourse, he spoke with the director a told him what he will do

I showed support by buying the BluRay from Germany as it stated it had English subtitles...it doesn't!
It was still great to see and I've earned my right to download it I guess

This- really is good
It reminds me of the first Time I saw Ghost in the Shell or Baton
It's on the same level

Baton looks like a rotoscopy film, but it looks interesting!
