I get crashes when tried to render sometimes.

When it happens, I have to turn off multithreaded rendering and I can render (slowly).

My now working solution for a 1 minute / 1440 frame animation is: QuickTime ( .mov), (with either .mov or .mp3 layer integrated), with or without extra-smooth image, without multithread, QuickTime, H.264 Compression.
