Just grab the photobucket direct links then wrap them in the Img tag, worked for years for me.

Have a look at Blender if You want to learn a 3D package, its free, and has a pretty decent cartoon renderer, http://www.blender.org, another solution is Sketchup, from Google, there is a free version, its pretty easy and works perfect for architectural modeling, http://www.sketchup.com.

Great BG BTW! :)

GCharb,

Thanks for that, I fixed it. I swear I tried every combination, but that one worked! Awesome. I've considered blender. I have Sketchup pro 8, but I can never seem you import files from it into AS without something going wrong or it looking weird.

Also, I hope you are feeling better.

I would use sketchup for modeling mostly, as it is quite good and fast for architectural stuff, then import in Blenber, and Blender has really good toon rendering, which you could use as BG in AS or as template to trace with vector!

Good idea, thanks. If I create the BGs in SU then use Blender with a toon effect how well will it import into Anime Studio?

AS can use images as BG no problems.

In Blender, You can export multi layers images that You could import in AS and give your BG depth for either anaglyph rendering or parallax effect, 9.5 has a new function that helps tons with that type of setup, should be interesting!

Images, gotcha. Thanks. Yes, I'm loving 9.5, it's great.

About 4-5 days each, 5-6 hrs a day.
So 20 to 30 hours each. That's a lot of work and it shows. It's worth it though, using vectors is you should be able to zoom in and maintain crisp lines. Looking forward to how all looks in the next installment of Buddies. :)

Neeters! Thanks man. Yep, a lot of work. But it's not for Buddies :( It's for someone else. Well, a project I'm working on with them. I'll post some characters up here soon.
