I want to thank all of you for the advice. Let me clear something though. The client did not charge me 20 buck for each submersion. it was the printer. With all the advice I got from this forum I am happy to say the printer and client got what they wanted and I made a small chunk of change. God bless you all and this forum...

Another thing, A png file will not show the DPI in properties but a jpg will. Both read the right size and resolution in PS tho.
