Sure. ATM I only have Moho 12.4 on my laptop but I used to keep every version on it, mainly for testing purposes. On my desktop, I may still have every version active, including Moho 13. The most recent license allows you to activate a serial number on up to three computers. I don't know what the terms will be with the next version though...TBD.woodstockbird99 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 4:25 am Thanks again. When I'm done with all the tutorials I'll probably purchase the new version. Do they allow you to keep 12.5 and 13 on the same computer...
The UI was streamlined quite a bit (I think that occurred between ASP 11 or Moho 12.) Basically, several common tools were combined to make the program easier and more efficient to work with. Once you get used to it, you won't want to go back to an earlier version.Something else worth commenting on for new users: The tutorial files seem like they haven't been updated much since V 11, and there are several things that don't work quite the way the are described but not a biggie.
(Well, except for Moho 13.0, which has too many bugs and unfinished features. I went back to Moho 12.4 shortly after its release. The new owners, Lost Marble, are currently working on 13.5, which should fix the many of the problems with 13.0.)
Yes, the movie links in the manual are broken. I discovered that a few days ago myself. This is likely because that data was stored on servers at Smith Micro, which no longer owns or supports Moho. The broken links may eventually be addressed by the new owners, Lost Marble, after they start releasing their version of Moho. I believe Lost Marble is doing what they can to support past 'Smith Micro' versions of Moho, but right now they're a bit busy developing the next 'Lost Marble' version of Moho. There are links throughout the tutorial PDF saying to click the link to see more about a topic but they are all broken and go to page that says the page is insecure and may be trying to steal your information so obviously I didn't click there. I hate to think they might lose customers when someone does the demo, works thru the tutorials and finds the broken links.
As for clicking on the links, you can do it but nothing will happen. They're dead links.
