Well, if you have a file that has the problem in 13.5 you might post it here for others to try. Then we might be able eliminate either Moho or your system as the problem.
It's been solved in 13.5 , you can't have "GPU acceleration" checked under Display Quality...uncheck it and it's all good

there is another issue with the "Freehand tool" it drops a lot of points like the old vergin of anime studio 9 , 10 & 11. It has been fixed on Moho 12 but the problem is back again in Moho 13.5
I hope it fixed

The freehand tool was unchanged between 12.5 and 13.5, so you might want to check that all of its settings are the same.

Try reducing Point Reduction and/or reducing Smoothing if you're losing detail in your Freehand lines.
FWIW, when I use Freehand, I usually have PR set around 15-25% (the default in 13.5.1 is 15%) and Smoothing on the second notch, but you should set it to suit your needs/taste.
Naturally, if you set PR too low, you may be adding points unnecessarily and this can affect performance, especially if the vectors are meant to be deformed.
(As mentioned by Wes, the Freehand tool is the same as the one in 12.5, so you're probably using different settings.)
