If you would rather use bones and switches I'm sure you could easily adapt it.
It's just one cycle so keyframes would have to be copied and pasted for a longer walk.
Did I Mention:
In the
select group menu (top left corner of AS) I have all the parts separated so if you want to copy and paste parts to their own layers,
ie head, shirt rt-lft arms etc, chose the group and copy and past to your new layers. That's if you want to put bones or whatever in it.
I didn't group the pants and shoes but you'll figure that out.
PS: save the original or it won't work after spliting it apart.
