You can't import Flash SWF into Anime Studio.thats strange, because when i import it into anime studio its not transparent...
If you save a Flash file as a different type of file format NOT SWF that transparency information won't be supported unless the importing application supports it.
I don't know if AS supports alpha channels in AVI's or QT format video.
