Sometimes lightning strikes and you find "exactly" the advice you need.
I am a beginner and had a character with the "personality" and the "look" that I wanted, but I had a very crude implementation. Since I just blundered my way through creating him, he was hard to animate.
Miracle - I find this tutorial. I am rebuilding the character by following this little book page by page.
It is amazing how much this book has advanced my understanding.
