Awsome! Great job. This was "hand drawn" in flash correct? Did you use any tweening or did you animate it all by hand?

Yes, all hand drawn. The only tweeing I did was on the title at the end (I just wanted to finish it!). I did copy and paste frames and hand tween things (like when he throws the bag), but I found the Flash tween tool (at least in MX) was more work than it was worth to get it to work right.
There's of course more that I had wanted to fix and add to it, but like I used to tell my students, "The best film is the one that's finished." Plus, I have enough material that I may revisit it next Halloween.....
