selgin, i was thinking of editing the .anme file by removing the path of the image.
i'm guessing the image loader will not blow when it sees the edited text.

it should work if you only let the image name, but only if the image is in the same folder than the anme.
if you want, you can put the corresponding path in each image (i refer C:\program files\e-frontier\anime...). it is easier searching, copying and pasting in notepad or similar.

Springboard for storyboards and animatics. It's shareware, you can try it out easily enough...
Probably great for storyboards
, but it doesn't work with audio at all, so it's useless for an animatic to me. Just wanted to spread the word before any of my fellow Mac users waited for Windows to boot just to try it. Nope, doesn't import audio, just so you now.

Lots of notes on storyboarding here. Its about 10Mb.
I hope you find it usefull.
The Brad Bird notes are very good. I had my own old copies but these are better from Animation meat.
The Warners slugging notes are great, as are the thumbnailing notes.
Dig in.

Oh, no, you're right about that, but I found the thread via a search for "animatics" and noticed some discussion of animatics here.
I didn't mean to imply any criticism. I think it's a great tip and I appreciate your sharing it with us.
