Ok everyone... this is my first actual animation short project. after running the tutorials and doing a few short experiment files, i wanted to try a 2 minute animation with multiple characters and papagayo synching. man, that lip synching sure is the most tedious part, isn't it? the audio comes from a dorky live action video that a friend and I made with a camcorder back in 1989, but the animation is all new.

critique is welcome. i've only been at it for 3 days, so go easy on me, but feel free to let me know what you think i could focus on to improve...

I like it! It made me laugh, and the animation isn't bad.

The one piece of advice I'd give you (since you obviously have talent) is to create more of your own look -- pretty obviously this is a "South Park" sort of influence, but you have the ability to make a character your own, so work on that aspect and I suspect you'll be very successful.
