Some Constructive Critiscm,
Firstly, What is with his chin? and right side of his face ( Our right, not his). It is distorted when he turns.
And if my hair Could go from 3 to 1 spike by turning my head, i would be up there with Marilyn Manson on the weird level lol
The top part of the hair is good though, that part seems to turn fine.
Also, The top of his mouth should move as well as his bottom. Did you use a lip-sync tool or do it yourself?

actually, it wasn't meant to be "good" the face etc kinda morphs to turn, I was simply trying techniques on changing the direction of a person's face since that's one of the most challenging things in moho.
the head (chin etc) morphs into the side view which I think work fairly well, however I can't say the same for the hair...LOL
anyway that's it for now time to get some moho dreams...
