I feel like an idiot asking this, but....

I am on tutorial 1.4 and it tells me to add a character - and to go to the File - import-> Anime Studio Object..command. They then say in the dialogue that appears, open the file "Tutorial Extras" that can be found in the "Tutorials/1-Basics" sbufloder within the main Anime Studio folder. I have tried this and dont get a dialogue box - how do i get to this subfolder within Anime? I have been stuck on this for days. PLEASE HELP

What operating system are you using?
In Windows you should get a standard Windows open file dialog. I'm not sure about Mac and Linux.
Also, are you using standard or pro, registered or trial version?

I am using Windows XP - I do get a windows dialogue box but no matter what I type in there, the right thing doesn't come up - is there a different way to get into the subfolder? Thanks for responding, Gary

In the Open File dialog, navigate to the folder: C:/Program Files/e frontier/Anime Studio/Tutorials/1 - Basics/
Double click on the filename: Tutorial 1.4.moho
You should then see something like this:
