Looking for 3D animator

I am looking to get animations done of the following:
Dancing Frog(s)
Jogging Duck(s)
Drumming Panda Bear
Hopping Rabbit
They will need to be min of 30 seconds long each. Backgrounds can be simple. The animations must be DVD quality. I need them colorful to capture a child's attention if flashed on a screen.
I am looking for something similar or better than this:
Please respond with estimate if possible.

You need blender 3D!!!
I used it for a while but stopped because I love 2D animations,
else I'd continued 3D with Blender
