Hi everybody, is there way to decrease rain speed after select scripts>particle efects>, thanks all of you

Well, select the Particle Layer in the Layers and in the Layer Toolbar /
select Particle Options (top of the viewport) and reduce the Velocity.
(in this case you might have to increase the Lifetime)

For real time play back - play the animation, open the Particle Options,
hold down the control-key (Mac) and drag right or left (increase/decrease),
