Is it possible to use Winsor's eyes and mouth for my character? And if so how do I do it?

Easiest would be to either copy those group layers (highlight the group and select Copy Layer) or take the original and drag the group outside of Windsor so it lays at the "top" layers. Then save as a different file.

Open up a new file and choose "Import" and "Anime object" and find that saved file. You'll see the different top layers you can import into your own projects.

(You can import the whole Windsor character and delete all the layers but if you plan on doing this repeatedly you're better off doing what I suggest above to reuse it).

oh ya, one more question. can I create bones for fingers, i.e would be for balling a fist or pointing a single finger (not the middle one, thats just rude).

Using bones by themselves won't display anything.

But using them to drive vectored finger/hand shapes is fine - I have done that on many characters and the impression of real hand movements and gestures is very good.

On rester images, I import into Photoshop or gimp and cut out what I want and then fill in the background.

So I would make the eyes a new image that I can load into AS in a image layer. Then I would do a paint:smudge fill where the eyes was. That would be the image to be placed into a layer behind the new eye layer. Now you can use bones to open and close the eyes with out changing the rest of the head.
