HOW THE HELL DO YOU WRITE LUA SCRIPTS (SIMPLIFIED)?

Im a noo b when it comes to writing scripts. Can any one tell me how to write lua scripts so i can utilize HEYVERNS BONE COPY TOOL?
Are you talking about the "copy/flip" bone tool? It goes in the folder /scripts/menu/ inside the AS installation directory.
You don't need to know about writing scripts to use them. They just need to go in the right place.
