Please help me.

Im working some movie and i dont know how to work in the animation programms. However now i just have to make mouth moves, and i dont know how to do that.
Please if anybody cold help me. I just have installed anime studio pro.
And i have to import movie, not picture.
Question: At the end of the animation, i suposed that i can render/export movie in avi?
