If you want to talk animation in general and in great detail, you can visit other forums as well, for instance, Animation forum and AWN forums. Animation Forum has its own blogs for each user, so you can share your (long form) ideas with the world, and is in the beta stage of collaborative animation productions (among forum members). The AWN forums have a mix of animation veterans, animation students, and anything in between, mostly 2D stuff.

Wow thanks a lot for that, it'll help me greatly with my work. Especially the Animaniacs art work, I'm studying up on exaggerated expressions and that will be an invaluable tool, so thanks a ton for that.
