is there any way to Add bone on anyframes ?
Only in frame 0 Add bone is Activeeee...

No. You need to be in frame zero to edit your bone rig.

this rull make our work so hard !
what is the best way if i wanna have some object from frame500 and I wont have this on frame0 to add bones!?! I was wondering if I can add bones in every frame that object visible .

You build it in frame 0, then make it invisible. Make it visible in frame 500.

Or use layer switching.
Although I haven't done it here, it also allows you to change the character's appearance. Here I have just copied the vector layer, and deleted the ball in the copied layer. However, you could give him another outfit or let him go through a transformation, and still use the same bones. If you need different bones, you can also switch bone layers with a switch layer, although that could get a bit complicated.
A switch layer is just a bone layer with layer switching capabilities.

It is clear you don't understand how AS works yet. Do all the tutorials that are in the help files.
I can not think of any reason for adding "new bones" on frames other than 0. This means there must be something you don't understand about how Anime Studio works.
If during testing of your bone rig you find that there aren't enough bones later in the animation go back to frame 0 and add more.
