I love Anime.
Too much of a cliche? This thing popped out of my loins on the weekend,
This fiend could really fail to cause havoc, given the opportunity,
.....you LIKE?
It's a TV Producer,in case you are wondering.

That is really cool, quite fiendish.
He would make a great villain in an old bugs bunny cartoon, the ones where he goes to Transylvania.
I love the transformation.

That's a great character, and I like the acting. Finally, a character who can move his shoulders!
His head has a slight family resemblance to Ernest the Vampire (see
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjXBLxRFi3M) by François Bruel, produced by René Laloux.

Thanx everyone, I'd love to do more with him, I don't know the best place to publish it really, if I went all out on it.
I liked Ernest by the way thanks for sharing that Slowtiger, it's quite old now I bet, seems to be getting a little "long in the tooth".
Mwaa mwaa, mwaahhaaaahaaaaa.
Isn't it great that you can do all this in Anime (and render it HD) and the file is still only just over a meg and it all runs fast and smoooooth.
Thanx Darth for your group actions tutorial, I had no idea you could nest sublayer actions... too good, I will be using this all the time now.
I had done the eyes with multiple group layers and masks, but I reverted to the old one layer for head AND both eyes with single shapes, so much simpler ( but no z space), still shape visibility can still do the trick eh?
great job
