Great Animation Job Opening

Hi i am the owner of Clever Claws a online pet store. I am looking for a animator to create a character and a short you tube video. The main character should be a french bulldog (check in google of images) and the short clip should feature this character in some sort of funny event i have a few story boards written but i am willing to listen to some suggestions. The animation should be either 2d or 3d. Please email if you need anymore details. Thanks
