Hello I'm new here... so maybe this issue was already dicussed, but...

I'm learning now how to use AS, and this time i'm trying to make different leg moves...

Everything was fine, before a sit down move...

Look at the the sequence between 72 to 96 keyframes...

How to keep the foot on the ground?

At frame 72 select each of your foot bones and check the 'lock bone' check box. This'll keep them from dropping below the 'floor'. I was kinda surprised you didn't do this for the tiptoeing.
