Separate Audio Timeline Program

I have a request for an audio timeline software that can be used with moho.
I think that Lost Marble should make a separate program that uses the same basic timeline that is in moho, but it would only be used for audio. In this mini program you would upload the audio track you want to place in your animation, but becasue it would not be within the moho program the audio would run smoothly without the choppy sounds. Also because the timeline would be the same, you could pinpoint exact sounds in the separate mini audio program to help you with accurate moho animating. For example, if there is a sound that does not show up clearly in the moho timeline, you could find it on the other programs timeline, and it would be found on the same frame as it would be in the moho timeline. All of the above sounds pretty easy to me since you already have all of those features built into moho (although I may be wrong because I know nothing about programming).
Another thing for this program would be the ability to play the moho animation, and the separate audio program at the same time. What I mean by this is that there could be a choice/check box asking the user when they press "play" if they would like to play moho and the audio program at the same time. This would be great because that way we could watch and listen to the animation without choppiness and without having to render the animation each time(because they would be separate programs it would sound smooth).
I think this program would benefit everyone, and from what I know it seems like it wouldn’t be hard to create.
Maybe in the future LM could even use the same type of software to create a Lost Marble Audio Editor. You already have the best vector animation software, why not have the best animation Audio Editor?
But that’s beside the point, right now I would just like to see something like what I stated above.
I kinda rushed this post so if it doesn’t make much sense, just tell me.
