When ASPro 5.6 first came out I saw something on the forum showing how you could edit the points of a Layer Translation path by clicking and dragging them. I can't seem to find this post now. Is there supposed to be a special tool for this - if so, I don't seem to have it. So, how can I edit this path. Also, some of the points are angular and I'd like them to be less so. How can I achieve this?
I'm using ASPro 5.6 on OS 10.4.11.
thanks,
Jack

Just hold CTRL meanwhile dragging.
Some points have an angular line because there is not enough frames between them to interpolate with. If you are at three sequential frames (frame 1, 2, 3) at three far different space position, how can you interpolate between them? there is any frame in between to interpolate!
If Anime Studio had a timeline not frame dependent (the parameters depend on the time and not on the frame and the frames per second were the conversion parameter) you could easily achieve smooth interpolation for those sharp corners just by increasing the frame rate. With current AS design If you increase the frame rate you obtain a quicker animation instead a higher sampled one.
AS is frame dependant designed and that cannot be changed easily.
