Looking for Anime Studio Animator(s) for series

Hello Forum Friends!
I have created a character, and written and storyboarded a first episode of a series I will launch this year. I have been working with anime studio to animate the first episode, but I will need help if I am to produce multiple episodes in time to launch, and market merchandise for the character.
As this is a start up, animators will share in profits from merchandise sold. For details, contact me at howtopoz@gmail.com

First episode is 2 min 35 seconds. Others will be appx the same length.
Here's some links to my other work. I wrote and directed both of these. The first one plays on UK music channels: Kerrang TV, Scuzz TV, MTV 2 (The Riot) and some others. It has more than 2 million hits on you tube. I get endless requests from kids who want to purchase the pants. The second is a first attempt at stop motion animation.
