how do i change it

Unsure what you're asking here. Are you asking why does it not go further than 72 or how do you start it at frame 72?

I'm *guessing* that what you mean is you can't get your animation to go beyond frame 72. Go to File|Project Settings -- you can change the length of your movie there.
