Hi all
I have just received an EPS file from one of my client. When I import that file in Anime Studio Pro it imports, but after the import finishes, it does not show any artwork. Just Blank Layer as there was nothing in the EPS file. Can any one please help. I tried to open that file using Work Pad to see the header. I got this :-

Can any one please tell me what suggesion I can give my client to convert that file in EPS format with some parameters or ?

The second line gives it away: it is an EPS created by Photoshop, so it will, most likely, not contain any vector information at all - and vector information is the only thing AS understands.

Remember that EPS is just a container format, you can put bitmap information into it - but AS is not able to handle that.

I'm afraid you have to talk your client through the basics of bitmap vs. vector.
