HELP!

hi I have just bought Anime Studio 5 for my mac and just when I entered the serial number a mesage box appears and says that it's an invalid serial number. Please help I have tried all in: lower case and capitals, with and without dashes etc.I really need help

Have you tried copy/pasting your serial?

Hi friend! This might work: when I went to enter my new serial number, I had to replace the zero with the letter o, or was it the letter o with a zero. Like you, I had tried other things like upper and lower case, but this solved my problem.
