Is it possible to have one switch layer that, when changed, control changing of other switch layers?
I've got one switch layer called eyes (blinking) and another with masks for the pupils which should change simultaneously with the eye layer. When I change Eye switch from "eye01" to eye02" I want the mask layer to change from "mask01" to "mask02".
Could this be done?, with a script maybe?, or do I have to change them manually?

You can't have one switch layer change another one, but you could get the effect you describe by using an action. Create an action in the top-most switch layer called "blink" - in that action, switch the top layer and then switch the lower layers (and whatever else you need to do). Then, when you want your character to blink, instead of changing the switch layer, insert the blink action and it will do all the switching for you.
