Need help with Cool 3D Studio

Hey gang,
Yeah, I'm a bit low-budget in that I don't have time for Maya or 3DS. So, I'm building the interior of a house (just the den) for a Christmas gig I'm doing. You know, fireplace, tree, etc.
I think I can get it built and imported using Cool 3D studio, but I've never exported into AS before.
Are there any pointers--especially baking textures--about how to do this WITH COOL 3D STUDIO?
Any help, as always, is appreciated.
