Finding the Switch Layer Tab in AS Pro

I have just purchased AS Pro, and am following the directions for importing a .dat file from Papagayo.
After double clicking on a layer in AS, I notice that there is no Switch Layer tab.
I've gone through every menu, and I can't find anything else that looks like the options available in that missing tab.
What am I not doing correctly?

Right click the new layer symbol at the top of the layers tab.
(litle yellow folder symbol) and select switch layer. A switch layer will be created in the layer tab for you.

Not sure if DK got it but just in case I'll add my two cents...
The "Switch" tab in the layer properties is only available in switch layers. Each layer type has different tabs in the properties based on what it does. A bone layer has a "bone" tab. A switch layer has a "switch" tab. A vector layer has a "layer" tab, etc etc. So double clicking just any layer won't show a "switch" tab.
If you have already created a series of layers to be used as switches and have put them in a group or bone layer instead of a switch you need to create the switch layer (as described by DK) and drag those layers inside the switch layer. If you just have a bunch of layers loose, then drag them into a switch layer.
Just so you know, since it seems it might be important to note considering the question...
Importing .dat info into a switch layer won't do anything in AS without a the 10 phoneme mouth shape layers already created with the proper names.

Thank you, Gentlemen! That did it. I never would've thought to right-click on those icons. The tutorial I read needs to be updated.
Anyway, I have all of the phonemes created and loaded as Image layers. I also imported the audio clip as a Soundtrack.
I will now proceed to the next steps.
Thank you so much!
