I came across this animation tutorial on the web and so just thought I'd post a link to it as it might have a bit of use for some beginner to intermediate animators (like myself).I'm not sure if this is the best forum to post it in but the moderators can move it to a different location if more appropriate. It goes through all the steps of creating an animated short using an example and includes the stages of "Development"-(conceptualization, script writing, etc.),"Pre-production"-(storyboard, character development, animatic), "Production"-(dopesheet, layouts,walk cycle,line test,ink and paint,etc.), "Post-Production"-(rendering,compositing, editing, etc.). Keep clicking on the "next step" icon in the lower right corner to move to the next page.
