Ok well I wanted to make a character that starts out similar to the winsor guy in the startup screen. I noticed that in frame 0 is arms and leg are seperated but connect in frame 1?

When I was making a character like this I got stuck when binding layers to the bones. Im not sure I even did the bones right. But how do I bind them? and then connect them in frame 1?

You really need to do the tutorials -- in this case, the bone tutorials will help explain all of this.

In essence you use the bone offset tool to "move" the bone/layers into position (on frame 0). Then on Frame 1 they will be correct. But do work through the examples.
