Hello,
Im having a problem when binding a switch layer to a bone. Actually the problem is that there is 2 bones I need to bind to that one switch layer. The two bones are the forearm and the upper limb of the character. Please, reply...

You've got it backwards
The switch layer can be bound to a bone
You need to choose which bone.
If it's a hand, the forearm bone
(Or point bind some points to one bone, other points to another?
A bit fiddly with switch layers I guess)

I did choose a bone. The roblem is that it limits me(when on switch layer)
to one bone.
Here is a pic to show what I mean:

Create those bones in the switch layer itself (works just like a bone layer). Then use point or region binding to manipulate.

Thanks! It worked! althought I'll have to select the layer to animate it evertime, Instead of just animating all the body parts in one layer
-Thanks to those who helped

Another option is Madrobots suggestion that each part (forearm, upper arm, and hand) are in individual switch layers, each bound to the appropriate bone of the main skeleton.
