Problem moving bones

I have gotten to the point of importing my character part by part, legs, arms, body and arms

but when i add the bones and try to manipulate the bones, the images stretch strangely and looks as if its being pulled and warped, instead of moving the way they should. If anyone is wondering, i put the image layers inside one bone layer then added bones seperately, as is suggested in the tutorial.

Does anybody know how i can fix it?, Anime studio seems like an interesting program, but im not finding it too easy to use :(

i also had another problem in a test i did in another project, the body part would be invisible on frame 0 but visible on every other frame in the timeline.

Review the help and tutorials. Especially 'layer binding', 'regional binding', and 'bone offset'.

If anything is created or imported on a frame other than zero, its visibilty is automatically turned off until that frame. Just copy that visibilty keyframe to frame zero.
