about bones

i want to make layer bone into layer bone but the bone dont move the bone and i sew alot of people do it but i dont know how... look in the file.... [url]http://www.upfree.net/9591355[/url]
You just forgot to bind the "not move" bone layer to a bone in the "Body Right" bone layer.
- Select layer
- select layer bind tool (bottom left in the bone tool palette)
- select the bone in the "Body Right" bone layer you want to bind it to
- press space.
