controlling 4 wheels with one bone

Hi; I don't know how to explain this well; but here's my question.
I made a car in Anime Studio.
Now I would like to animate the wheels. The speed of the car is changing during the animation; so this is not just a linear animation.

I would like to know if it's possible to "pilot" my 4 wheels (there are at different levels in my bone layer; so they are not in a same group) with only one bone ?

I explain : I would like to bind my 4 wheels to one bone.
Then if I rotate the bone of X degrees; each wheel rotate. This means that I would just have to animate the bone rotation to animate each of the wheel.

I try to do it just like this but the wheels are rotating around the bone, not around their anchor points.
Any idea ???

Thanks !

PS :
Selgin here (with his tank, see at the end of the post) is doing it. 6 wheels controlled by one bone "uno".
But I don't understand how he linked all that...

I found the answer : "Bone Constraints > Angle control bone"...

I don't have time to write a detailed explanation but for the time being look at bone named "UNO"(master control bone). The rest of the bones are using angle control setting (under bone constraints) of bone UNO to rotate.

Cheers
