Consistent program crashes on QT export ASP-5.6 on MAC OS 10.5.6 (iMac/24,MacPro, etc...)
Create a simple BG
Create an oval
Create 2 eyes in the oval
--Roll it from off-screen to center screen.
Export animation -- no problem...
now add a nose (draw tool)
Export animation -- no problem...
now vary the width of the lines inth nose and eyes.
Export animation -- Crash every time!!!
The bug lies in somewhere in the vector-line width coding. I'm convinced of that. If you remove any lines that were varied in width-- the animation will again export without problem.
Batch-Export seems immune to this- but this is a frustrating enough bug, that we've stopped using the program in production --and we love this program!!! It needs to be addressed. Is Smith Micro even spending time on development -- or is it something they acquired and are simply letting fade away?
