I'm using Anime Studio 5 on a Mac. When I attempt to enter the serial number the program won't allow me. It won't even show a curser in the text box no matter how many times I click in it. Is there some place else I can enter the serial number other than that box during startup of the program?

Try rebooting your machine.

failing that, try uninstall and reinstall of AS

failing that, contact Smith Micro support
