Shadow's and more

When I am animating, I use shadows in bone layer when character does something like this:
Shadow on face is gone when hand get there, I want that shadow won't change there.
Another thing, when I get hand up, I can see that part of the hand like have been cut, and if I try to make hand longer, it goes from behind of body to up. I hope you understood what I wrote here........

Better a file or an animation to understand what you mean.

Ah!
This is because you have attached the shadow to the whole body. AS calculates where the bottom right corner of the body is and adds the wanted amount of shadow to the left top direction.
Now when the arm touches the head, the body area suddenly is enlarged to the right, so AS calculates the shadow accordingly.
Solution: Put head and body on separate levels which shadow attached to each.

I think it worked out great. Thank you Tiger
It looks better, but minus side of this, it renders much slower
