it's suppose to be a big strong guy sanding to the side. Which is better the left or the right?

I don't like ether. I think it should be across between the two.

Notice how his chest stands out but his abdomen is smaller over all.

and this for the arms. This guy shows the definition of the parts of this arm.

that guy isn't to the side though. I can make a good strong guy from the front.

My point is try drawing the chest and arms on paper then copy from a scan or just look at your drawing before drawing them into AS. Use the pictures as a reference.
