I created a file via papayago and it seems to work fine. The only problem is when I import a mouth in Anime Studio Pro the etc mouth shows when the rest mouth should be showing. Anyone having this issue and is there a fix to get the rest mouth to actually show.

I am nor sure by what mean clicking on the parent folder. I import the mouth I want and it creates the switch. For some reason it doesn't use the rest image. what exactly did you do to fix it.

There are several reasons why this might not be working. The most common one is the name of the layers are not the same as the switch files layer names - ie, Papagaoyo output 'A' as the layer name, and you called the layer 'a' or layer_A or something.

On the switch layer, go to a keyframe, right click the switch layer folder and see what it thinks is selected... it should have a tick alongside the layer. If nothing is ticked, open the Papagayo file in a text editor and look for that frame number, and see what the Papagayo layer name is.

from that you should be able to see what is wrong.

Silly one, but if you have a layer selected within a switch layer, and you scrub the timeline, you see no animation, just the selected layer. select the switch layer and scrub, you see the switch animation.

Hope this helps.
