hey there
just wondering.. how do you guys do pacing? most often I drag a bone when i want it to start to move, forgetting the whole "insert keyframe"... is there any tips or tricks to avoid that??? if not, is there at least a hotkey for insert keyframe?
Thanks

The easiest way for me is to have some bone movement tool selected - mostly the rotate tool - and just click in the window while that bone is highlighted. This creates a key of its current rotation.

Ron,
There is also a script somewhere that keys all layers -- I rewrote it slightly so it works better for me, but then I assigned it to "K" (oddly enough, one of the few keys NOT to already have a hotkey and a very logical choice for creating keys) and just press it whenever I want to create keys (it will key bones at a bone layer, vertices at a vector layer, switches at a switch layer, etc. etc.)
