go to the frame you want and render it (control+R), you will have the option to copy or save it in some image format.

And if you want transparency,
>File >Export Animation and set to render
Start Frame # End Frame #
where # is the frame you want
and render as a png.

Hi. I am new to this post. I don't have pro but I have version 5. When I click render, there is no option to save. When I export, no option to make png. Can you please help?

I also have a few things I need to know. In this video, the mouth movement when I watched closely is moving (morphing). Does anyone know how they did that :

Also, how do I export images from paint and keep the background transparent? Then, how do you animate the side of a person talking and attach the head to the bone structure? Finally, I need to export layered images from photoshop elements to anime studio? I am new to my software and am only 13. I hope I can get a reply ASAP.

P.S. I need to know how to save characters if I do a series involving longer times.

First of all, make sure you go through ALL the tutorials that come with AS. Some of your questions will be answered there.

As for your last question, if you save your scene you can import any part of it (including specific characters) into a new one using the Import/Anime Studio Object. Most of us create a folder in the Libraries directory of AS and in that case you will actually be able to see specific characters if you save them that way to individual files.

A screen shot of what?

As I said, the tutorials answer a whole lot of your questions -- when you work through them all (and you need to do them all) then you'll be able to ask more specifically and we'll be able to tell you more specifically (like to turn on interpolation on your mouth switch layers -- if you understand that, then you know how to make the mouth movements smooth. If you don't understand that -- do the tutorials).

I read all of the tutorials including what I wish I can do on my little version. I have tried interpolation but it has not been as smooth or as accurate as I thought. I don't have any formal painting software so I create the mouths in anime studio. I really want to export them and set them up in Papagayo.
P.S Would it be possible in any way or form to make the time line more than 3000 frames in My small version?

then click on prt Sc in your keyboard (it should be ontop of the number pad) then open up a program and cut the parts you don't wanna have and save
