I am a complete newbie and got Anime Studio pro today for the first time.

When I tried to follow the tutorail and placed the bones into Frank, by moving them, they fall apart???

What is my stupid beginners error? Someone knows it?

Wrong tool , I would suggest.
Sounds like you are using the translate bones tool.
Try the manipulate bones or rotate bones tool.
