is it possible to animate some one walking side ways using bone raging tools in anime studio pro from a front view.

Simple answer: no.

Basically dude you need to draw the walk cycle side-on.
And for front-on walk cycle, you need to draw that.
Then animate it. Bones is just one of the tools you
have at your disposal to help with that. You can tidy
up after bones with point motion.
